What’s for Christmas dinner?

I’m looking for something other than Turkey. Turkey and the 14 different sides is getting old. What’s your favorite Christmas dinner recipe. [ad#Google 468×80 posts only] My husband’s parents always do steak & lobster, or abalone or prime rib, or some other un-traditional fare.
